1. Scope of service
AncientHoldings GmbH (in founding) provides IT services exclusively on behalf of its clients. The scope of service includes, in particular, the operation of servers, monitoring and backup services, hosting of email and web applications, as well as the development and maintenance of technical interfaces.
2. Role and limits of service
AncientHoldings GmbH (in founding) is an IT service provider β not the operator, owner, issuer, or governance party of the networks whose technical infrastructure it operates under contract. Any responsibility for the network itself, including its content, token, rules, and financial parameters, rests exclusively with the respective client. AncientHoldings GmbH (in founding) does not operate trading, brokerage, mining, staking, wallet, custody or financial services on its own account.
3. Liability for third-party content
To the extent that content created by third parties (e.g. public network data, files uploaded by clients, user contributions) is hosted on infrastructure operated by AncientHoldings GmbH (in founding), the respective third parties are responsible for their content. Liability on the part of AncientHoldings GmbH (in founding) for third-party content exists only within the scope of Β§Β§ 7β10 TMG.
4. Availability
AncientHoldings GmbH (in founding) endeavors to provide a high level of availability of the services it provides. Uninterrupted operation cannot, however, be guaranteed. Maintenance work will, where possible, be announced and scheduled outside ordinary business hours.
5. Applicable law
German law applies exclusively, under exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from contracts with entrepreneurs is the registered office of AncientHoldings GmbH (in founding).
