Server Infrastructure Operations
We operate bare-metal and virtualized servers under contract for our clients. 24/7 monitoring, automated backups, key-based access control. Our client is responsible for the network they operate; we keep the machines online.
Informational Calculators
We host and maintain informational tools for participants in our client's network β e.g. hashrate / block-reward calculators based on public blockchain data. Purely informational. Not financial advice.

Operations under contract
AncientHoldings GmbH (in founding) operates the technical infrastructure of blockchain networks UNDER CONTRACT with those networks' operators. We are not the owner, issuer, or governance party of any such network. Our scope: server operations, monitoring, backups, availability. Responsibility for the network itself, its token, and any financial or governance decisions rests exclusively with the client.
About AncientHoldings
AncientHoldings GmbH (in founding) is a German IT service provider. Our current operational focus is running IT infrastructure for clients in the blockchain space. The additional business areas listed in the articles of association (materials engineering and energy engineering) are pursued exclusively within the framework of applicable German and EU regulations and, where required, only upon obtaining the necessary regulatory licences. We currently do not own any network, do not issue tokens or securities, do not mine or stake on our own account, do not hold custody of any digital or physical assets, and do not operate any trading or exchange platform.

Division I β IT infrastructure & operations
Current operational focus of AncientHoldings GmbH (in founding): running technical infrastructure for blockchain clients β servers, decentralized storage, email and web hosting.
Division II β Materials engineering & science
The articles of association provide for activities in materials engineering and material science. At this time, this division focuses on technical consulting, concept studies and feasibility analyses. Any activities beyond this scope β particularly those subject to specific regulatory requirements β will only be pursued within the framework of applicable German and EU regulations and, where required, upon obtaining the necessary licences.
Division III β Energy & propulsion engineering
The articles of association provide for activities in energy engineering and propulsion technology. At this time, this division focuses on concept work, feasibility analyses and technical studies β particularly on integrating renewable energy sources. Further activities, including the operation of energy facilities or comparable regulated activities, will only be undertaken in strict compliance with applicable regulations and subject to obtaining any necessary licences.
